Greg Hewitt

From a young age, Greg immersed himself in drawing; on each blank page he found opportunities to create.  As his talents developed, drawings on paper gave way to paintings on canvas.  While pursuing an MFA under the mentorship of Brian Jekel, Greg discovered a new purpose for his life and work.  His paintings grew stronger in technical skill and deeper in meaning.  Greg's works record his faith in God and his esteem for personal relationships within the human experience.  He desires for viewers to encounter and enjoy the vastness of beauty in the world and people God created.  He and his wife, Sara, live and paint in Florida.
